As the store is closed, we can not offer in-store exchanges. If you return the original item with a request for a replacement, there is a risk that the requested replacement becomes out of stock. Please send back the original item as a return/ refund and place a new order for the replacement as you would for other online stores.
Please send returns in a bag addressed to the School Shop with a copy of your receipt or email confirmation. We have extended the returns period so that you can return items within the term that it was purchased. Please return items promptly to assist us with our inventory. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Primary students should give returns to their class teacher and Secondary students should drop off returns to Reception. They will then send them to us to process.
Please know that this online service for BHS PTA Store is managed completely by school volunteers and provided by Bermuda High School for girls PTA, a registered charity #56.
It was built and designed for the convenience for all as we are trying to make the access to the store as easy as possible. We will do our best to proceed quickly and give you the best service. However, some delays may apply during peak seasons and we would appreciate your patience at those times.
Also, please note that all the terms and conditions for this online store are the same as the <in person> BHS Store.
BHS has the right to override any terms in case of unusual circumstances.
